You'll receive an invitation email from your employer with a sign-up link. Make sure to use your work email and follow the steps in the app to complete your registration. If you're experiencing any issues, double-check your email or reach out to our support team for assistance
Your control over your data is important to us. To delete your account and associated data, please navigate to your profile settings in the Fijoya App.

If you're facing transaction issues, verify your remaining stipend, ensure the vendor is covered, and that card details were entered correctly.
You can manage your subscriptions from the Expenses tab in the Fijoya App. To cancel, simply use the 'Cancel' button next to the subscription or contact support for assistance. Keep in mind that canceling the payment method stops future charges, but you may need to check with the vendor for any additional steps.
If you notice an incorrect service charge, compare it with your records and contact our support with transaction details.
Mistakes happen, and we're here to help. If you accidentally used your personal card, please contact support. Note that the virtual cards issued in Fijoya can only be used to purchase services and products in the app.
Missing a transaction might be due to processing delays or incomplete transactions. Provide the transaction details to our support team, who will investigate and assist further.
